Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@scoutathletic.com with your order number and what didn’t work — our team will reply with next steps and a prepaid return label. Reusing your original mailer is totally fine — just make sure it’s sealed securely.

• Issued within 5–7 business days after your item is received and inspected.
